Shipping & Returns

Returns:

You may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a credit within 10 days of notifying Decorlicious. We’ll also pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. The amount will remain a credit on your account unless a refund payment is requested. We will notify you via email of your credit once we have received the return and processed the item.

Should you receive a product damaged, or discover any defects in your product, please contact immediately via email admin@decorlicious.co.nz or our contact link on our website as we will then be able to help arrange a replacement item for you, If a replacement is not available we may, at our discretion, provide a credit.

Delivery:

We will not deliver to a Post Office box as our couriers do not deliver to Po Boxes. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please contact us within 10 days using our contact form or email admin@decorlicious.co.nz. Please note: We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address provided to us.

•Other North Island NZ$12
•South Island NZ$20 or less depending on weight
